Sierra Riddle’s passion for dance started at the age of 4 years old. She spent her childhood training with Nina Wheeler in Durham, in several styles including tap, jazz, ballet, pointe, acro, contemporary, lyrical, hip hop, and modern. She earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Meredith College in Raleigh, where she double majored in dance studies and psychology.

Despite her love for performing and perfecting her craft, Sierra quickly realized her passion and life’s calling was teaching. She began teaching at a young age as a teaching assistant and she taught competitive gymnastics throughout high school. It was not until her senior year of college, while she was completing a teaching internship under Tito Hernandez at the North Carolina Theater Conservatory that she realized teaching is what she was put on this earth to do.

She can’t wait to open the doors and welcome students to All In!
